We are delighted to announce that Kristina Vikovana has gained her MAAT status following completion of her AAT qualification. The AAT qualification is the world’s leading professional body for accounting technicians and is universally respected and internationally recognised.
Kristina joined the company in November 2011 within our Warehousing division, gaining various experience in all aspects of the business and ultimately ending in a stock control position.
In 2016 she commenced her AAT studies following which she transferred into the Finance team from where she started her AAT course to further develop her knowledge in accounting and to gain experience in a finance career.
Kristina very quickly grew into the role and although she had no previous experience within a finance function, within 5 months she was promoted to Assistant Accountant such was her ability. She then progressed further taking on more accountancy tasks and producing monthly management reports for the board to review among many other tasks and responsibilities.
Laura Dubnewytsch, Group Accountant of Carlton Forest Group LLP, commented “Kristina has been an asset to the team in the few years she has worked for the business. Her determination to learn as well as study and gain her qualifications is an amazing attribute to her drive and ambition to make it within a financial career. Now that Kristina has graduated with her MAAT status, Iwe are pleased to confirm her promotion to Accounts Manager, looking after a team of three and managing all the accounting day to day activities with Carlton Forest Group. The Group are extremely proud of what Kristina has achieved and know that the determination and drive Kristina has will only continue her success.”
